1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the seller and the buyer when purchasing funeral wreaths and flower arrangements through the online store.

1.2 Buyer

The buyer is a natural or legal person who places an order through our e-shop.

2. Order and Contract Conclusion

2.1 Order Process

  1. Select products from the offer
  2. Add to cart
  3. Fill in delivery details
  4. Choose payment and delivery method
  5. Confirm order

2.2 Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the seller, which is confirmed by email.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1 Prices

  • All prices include VAT
  • Prices are valid at the time of order
  • Shipping costs are added to prices

3.2 Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Online card payment - via Stripe payment gateway
  • Bank transfer - payment based on invoice
  • Cash on delivery - upon receipt of order

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Delivery Methods

  • Personal pickup (free)
  • Courier delivery
  • Direct delivery to funeral ceremony

4.2 Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Express delivery: within 24 hours (on request)
  • Ceremony delivery: exactly as ordered

4.3 Receiving Goods

The buyer must inspect the shipment upon receipt. Any defects must be reported immediately.

5. Right to Withdraw from Contract

5.1 Withdrawal Period

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

5.2 Exceptions

Right to withdraw CANNOT be exercised for:

  • Custom-made goods
  • Goods subject to rapid deterioration
  • Goods delivered for ceremony date

5.3 Withdrawal Procedure

  1. Notify withdrawal by email
  2. Return goods in undamaged condition
  3. Refund within 14 days

6. Complaints and Warranties

6.1 Warranty Period

We provide quality warranty for our products:

  • Flower freshness: minimum 3 days
  • Processing quality: upon delivery

6.2 Complaint Procedure

  1. Report complaint by email with photo
  2. Assessment of complaint (within 24 hours)
  3. Resolution (replacement, discount, refund)

6.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If dissatisfied, you can use alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection.

7. Personal Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by our GDPR statement and applicable laws.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 Validity of Terms

These terms and conditions take effect on October 25, 2025.

8.2 Changes to Terms

The seller reserves the right to change these terms. The current version is always available on the website.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved according to Czech law before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
